From his studio in Alexandria, Virginia, Joe Toole has applied and shared his passion for glass with others for nearly four decades.  His pieces are often imaginative and quisical, but also reflect his commitment to detail and quality using fusing, etching, painting, cold-working and traditional stained glass techniques.   Joe also uses his glass as a means to give back to the community, both in sharing his love of glass with young people and supporting others.
